Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for digital downloads (Minecraft world saves, schematics, etc.). Physical goods (if applicable in the future) will have a different return policy which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 315.825.8678 x3865 to explain the reason for your return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Packaging: Repackage the item securely. For digital downloads, this is not applicable.
3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us (if applicable) at the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns on items that have been downloaded or accessed. This includes but is not limited to Minecraft world saves and schematics.
